Forgot password & no access to email

My customer set up their spotify with an old email address they dont have access to any more. They have also forgotten their password. What are their options?

Hey @jamesrdelaney! Thanks for getting in touch with us. 

Can you get them to send us any possible email addresses or usernames they might've used to create the account via email, Facebook or Twitter? That'd be super helpful. 

Feel free to also let them know that they can send us any screenshots of their bank statement showing the charges if they are rocking a Premium subscription.
