Forgotten email address and username

My Question or Issue

My 13-yr-old son has forgotten his username and email address so we can't gain access to his account on his android device (he doesn't have facebook either). We've tried to search his only two email accounts for any spotify info but there's nothing so we are at a loss as to how he set up spotify in the first place with no recognised email address! Any help/suggestions would be gratefully received by this frustrated mum!

Hope you're doing great! 

For this particular case, I would encourage you to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as you are entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, you can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow you to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. 

If you would prefer to not use the contact form, or require an alternative means of contact, you can always reach out to @SpotifyCares on twitter, or the Spotify Cares Facebook page.

Just to follow up Billy-J, Spotify Cares helped me out in the end  - we found the username and the linked email address but no longer had access to that email address, so Spotify Cares changed it for us and we now have one happy boy with access to his account again. Spotify really does care and thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
