Free Spotify not working on Ipad

Hi,

I set my dad up on Free Spotify as he is retired so can't take on a regular payment.  He was happy to have the ads etc. This was 8 days ago and now all his playlists are showing as having zero content and saying that he needs to upgrade.  He can't use any of Spotify now and he loved it as it had loads of stuff he couldn't get anywhere else - also, we bought him an ipad docking station for Father's Day which will be useless if we can't sort it out!

On the PC his account says that he has free Spotify but on his ipad it doesn't seem to work at all.

To use Spotify on mobile devices you have to have a premium account, unless you're in the US where you can use the Radio mode for free.
