Friends can't see what I'm listening to

Spotify shows that I listened to a song 6d ago when I've been listening to a whole lot of music since. The problem seemed to arise after I listened on my PS4.

Yes, I have 'Publish my activity on Spotify' ticked on all my devices but the problem still occurs.

If anybody has a solution to this, it would be much appreciated 🙂

I also have the same problem, I contacted Spotify and had a live-chat with one of the employees, but they didn't helped me at all.
