Germany: Telekom subscription paused, now activated but not linked to spotify

Goodmorning Dear Community,

 

I've used Spotify Premium as a feature of my telekom-contract. It worked easily and I enjoyed it a lot. Really a lot. From September to December I was in the US for a project and paused my Telekom contract. Its a feature the Telekom provides to save you some money. As expected, the Spotify Premium stopped as well. Unfortunately after the contract (with all features) was unfrozen, Spotify didn't activate my premium. I've contacted the Telekom for information, they said that the Spotify feature is active. 

 

Some posts in other communities said, that I need to pair my Spotify account with the contract in the web page of the Telekom, which I've done. It says something like:

Feature active from 18.01.2014 - unlimited, 

Spotify Username
carlassmann
Activation Date
2014-01-18 18:58:43
 
But my Spotify account is not premium. Spotify offers no support hotline or something, which is a mess in my opinion. What can I do?

Hi @CarlCarl!

 

As your Premium subscription is being handled directly by Telekom, they're the only ones who can reactivate it. In this case, we'd recommend contacting them again.
