Spotify Premium through Starbucks?

As a Starbucks partner, I get Spotify premium. I signed up for an account with my partner numbers, and at first it worked like a premium account should. Now it is saying I have a free account and need to sign up for premium. Can anyone help me? Spotify support doesn't seem to be able to.

As your Premium subscription is being handled directly by Starbucks, we'd recommend contacting them in order to get some more info about the status of the subscription.
