Is there a way to contact spotify for help on technical issues or is the community discussion board really only way to troubleshoot? I have already composed a  message here but have not received a reply? I searched for spotify webpage but could not find any contact details or contact forms. I currently acn only use my spotify for listening, not saving music on any playlists and that is a big frustration. Please Help!

We can also help with technical issues here. Is your issue creating playlists, could you elaborate?
