Getting charged for both premium and family


About two months ago i upgraded my premium account to a family account. And this month (February) I've been charged with both the cost of premium and family at two different times. Premium was charged February the 2nd and family the 13th.. Is this the way it's supposed to be? I thought the family service was an upgrade to the premium one. 


Please help

Welcome to the Spotify Community.


You might've created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here

Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).
