What Gives?
I put in a code for a $30 Gift Card, it was accepted and showd that I had a credit last month. But this month
I get a charge on my Pay Pal account for $9.99??!?! I log into my Spotify account and the Gift Card is no where to be found!
Since it took the gift card code just fine I tossed the card out. This is BS!!!

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this a little closer for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Well its been two weeks and no reply from anyone (other than an automated Email) This is ******* crap! I'm going to let my subscription expiere and warn everyone I know that this service steals your money if your not careful!
Do you have a case number from when you got in touch and I will see if I can get someone to chase it up for you?

it seems that I somehow have a couple of accounts.
I usually log into Spotify using my Facebook account, could that be the issue?
