I bought a giftcard yesterday. And when I enter the code it says it is invalid, altho its not. I've tried on 3 different platforms (don't know why but I did). I've been back to the place I bought it but the code is activaded and they are just the middlehand so they couldn't help me.
PS: I really think you should have a telephone support aswell.

Hey,
I just redeemed my code and it said you have been credited one month of premium to your account. Well when i closed spotify and restarded it was still on spotify free, and my account details still say spotify free, and it works like spotify free. So whats the problem? Have I lost my redeem code for nothing? Or can we get it to work. I need some help have my card here safe and sound still.

I also have this problem, bought my card today and received the error when I tried to enter it.
It looks like the issue regarding redeeming codes is still ongoing.
I'm sure the staff are working hard to get this sorted, we will all have to just wait patiently until it is.
Anyone who's code is failing to go through, have you tried the suggestions in the staff post on the previous page?
Also anyone who is desperate for premium can still subscribe using a debit/credit card and add their code on later, which should just act as a month without a recurring payment.

Still can't redeem the code.... what to do?
I've also got that issue, not only that one also when I will enter the code this messege comes up :"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"
now it said that it all was done, that the code has been redeemed and i have 1month of premium, but i dont...
