HELP! Entire Library is gone. Possible duplicate account?

My entire library is gone across all devices. I think it happen after a log in on PS4. maybe it made a duplicate account?

 

Been trying to get help with this for a while. Spotify's support options are unbelievable poor. Please help!

It does indeed sound like you might be logged into the wrong account. It's possible to create multiple Spotify accounts, each with their own login details, saved music, and subscription. Please check out this guide to find any other accounts.
