HELP I can't cancel my service

I am trying to cancel my premium service however when i log in it get this -

"You do not currently have a payment provider connected to your account."

I know i am logged into the right profile as i can see my previous months payments in "payment history".

I can also see this - "Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on 2014-12-28 and charged $14.99, unless you cancel your subscription before that time."

NO WHERE is there any option to cancel and i have looked though previous posts on here and followed all the links and tried from different browsers as suggested. I have email and replied to the "no reply" email. My case number is # 02224456

last month i was being charged $11.99 per month.

I canceled and realised I couldn't be without it.  So i signed back up - only this time $14.99.

WTH!

Now I am get the same "You do not currently have a payment provider connected to your account" as you do and as well - no where to change, cancel or do anything.

Hope you get yours sorted - please let me know the outcome and how to fix.

just worked out that I signed up via my iphone - not spotify.com

so possibly why I'm charged more??

In any case - I will be unsubscribing as I refuse to pay more than I should ...

You can also do this too by going to itunes -> click on your name (account name) -> account info -> settings -> subscriptions / manage -> set auto renew to off.

This shoudl fix your issue and allow you to unsubscribe.

You were charged more because you signed up with the phone (iPhone, isn't it?), when you sign up with an iPhone iTune charge you more because you pay Spotify and iTunes tax.

You can suscribe for 9,99 in Spotify.com

The reason it costs more to upgrade to premium through the iPhone app, is because Apple takes a huge cut of that, so Spotify has to increase the price so they can get what the normal cost of premium would be.

The convience of subscribing from iTunes comes at a cost.
