HELP! Need to cancel account that's linked to Facebook, post deleting Facebook.

Someone please help!

So I found out late in the game, after getting completely hooked to Spotify, that my Facebook account and my Spotify were linked.  This meant that if I canceled Facebook, I would no longer be able to access my Spotify account because my credentials wouldn't work.  I wanted to cancel Facebook.

Hence, I purchased a new Spotify premium account, copied my playlists from my former accounts, and created new "replica's" in my new account.  All good.

Now I need to cancel my old account, and I have already deleted Facebook, but I cannot access my old account to cancel because my credentials don't work.  How do I cancel my account?! I don't want to pay twice.
