HELP: Spotify error shows that country does not match

My spotify is working just fine but when I opened my computer today it's already logged out. I logged in with facebook and showed the error message "Your country does not match". I'm in the Philippines (never been to any other country). When I tried to update my profile, it shows that my country is US and there are no other options aside from that. Kindly help me fix this.

That doesn't sound good so let's troubleshoot 🙂 Can you follow the steps in this guide? However, please make sure that the IP address of your hardware matches the country you're in.
