HELP can't play the song on my computer but still it works in web?!?

I have windous pc, and spotify plays perfectly but some reason new song from artis PAPERI T don't work, program says it's because my are, but i can hear song on webplayer version and on my phone, so what happening hear?!?, song is "Resnais, Beefheart & Aalto" and i want to lrsten it also from my pc version.

Please make sure that in preferences you see that 'stream high quality' is UNchecked as you're a free user.
