Step 1




I have a Premium account and it was up and running great yesterday. Today I went to download new music and my account is not connecting and just says "Try Again" on all the browsers. Is anyone experiencing this issue as well?

My internet is up and running fine, so I know its not that.

We'd recommend reinstalling the app by following the steps here. Also, could you send us a screenshot of the error you're getting?


We'd like to investigate a bit more 🙂
