Hacked account

Hello, My account has been hacked and i want it back.. and since im not in the mood for waiting for something that should for obvious reasons NOT be possible (Changeing Email with the password that they hacked, without a security peramiters.).

Since i did not recive a case id, nor email confermation when sending the complaint..

the new email to my spotify account is imloskis@gmail.com.

Why should i be a custumer to this company when you can not provide a secure service wich im paying for and you have no appropriate way of contacing regarding fraud.

Besides im impressed that your security system actully allows for teleportation, cos obviously my devices nor me for that matter can travel to what is likely, spain (250km away) in mere minutes as atleast one of my devices is connected 24/7

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

Thank you for the quick respons.. So why is this not in the contact info?

There is a bunch of cra* (sorry, find no beter word for it), in the spotify suport section but no direct link to the one you gave nor the actual contact formula(?), but rather 5 clicks to actuly get to where you wana go?

Yeah, the contact form isn't the most ideal way to go about contacting support, unfortunately. There are a couple things in development that should streamline the process though 🙂

I don't mean to be dissrespectfull, but a companu such as spotify, thats been runing since what? 2012`? should already have in my oppinion "serious" ways of contact and security wich again in my opinion they lack and have been lacking since the (start?)
