Hacked account

I'm not entirely sure how, but someone has gotten into my spotify account and listening to it, interrupting my listening. I was wondering if there was a way I could remove them. I login through my facebook, and I've already deauthorized all devices in both facebook and spotify. Not sure what else to do.
