Hello,

 

I am dealing with the same situation. I do not have a second account or different log in. Everything was correct on my phone until I moved my application to my memory card on my phone instead of the internal memory.

 

Please help!

Let's start with basics:

  1. Have you tried moving back the folder?
  2. Have you tried clearing cache and relogging?
  3. Have you reinstalled?

Also,

  1. What device do you have?
  2. What Operative System do you have?
  3. What is your Spotify Version?
