My Question or Issue

Hi there

I believe my spotify account has been hacked. I was trying to play music this afternoon but someone kept switching to a device i did not recognise and playing songs in a foreign language i did not recognise. I am concerned they have had access to my payment details. My account is linked with facebook and i have since changed my password and logged out of all devices but i am unsure what action to take next. Could someone please look into this for me?

Having same issue. Never linked spotify to facebook, contacted support, they suggested logging out and changing password etc. It does not help. Then they've said they will fix it on their side. They fixed, for 3 days it was fine, now I again have "office speaker" messing with my music. I think, this is right time to get rid of spotify. And BTW, this "recaptcha" is really silly, why I should wasting my time for "select all pictures with motorcycles" ????

Well my account was not hacked, because no password change/etc requests were delivered, but someone constantly playing "sleep music" playlist thru my spotify is really bad. In revenge, when I see his speaker connected to my spotify, I put on some groovy  german folk music with accordions, so he can really sleep well 😄
