Hacked please help

Hello, so I had to make another Spotify account to see what's going on with my hacked one. I recieved an email that someone had change my email and I have never changed my email since I've been a premium member. I need help recovering my old account 😕 I don't want to lose any of my music and Spotify doesn't seem to be getting back to me fast enough. Please help! So far they have only change my email and password and I can't recover it. It tells me my info isn't in there database. I see that they haven't changed my username but I really need help getting my account back 😞

this is the same with me. but i havent gotten the email and all of my account info is invalid. I got logged out on my devices except web browser.  Im on the hacked account i think but i cant use the app. Please Help!!
