Hacker in new account, same day??!

Hacker in new account, same day??!

(I have  premium, iPhone 8 and no vpn connected on iphone. I use iphone iPad and Mac to access account)

 

Someone was in my account so I logged out everywhere, delete apps, caches, changed password - nothing changed.


So.. now I closed old account completely and opened NEW one with new email and new password. And I notice the same things happening in my account. Immediately as if I was still in old account.

How is this possible? Is it possible???

Hey @BS00!

 

We'd recommend checking the Apps on your Account page and revoking their access. You can always reconnect your Spotify account later. It's advised you also run an antivirus scan on your devices, just in case. Any additional insight on what's happening on your end (music starts playing on an unknown device through Connect; playlists get removed, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.
