Hallo, ich vermute das Spotify zweimal bei mir abbucht

Bei meiner Anmeldung hatte ich Schwierigkeiten und musste es irgendwie erneut machen, habe dann zweimal als Zahlungsmethode per Handyrechnung angegeben. Jetzt werden mir zweimal die 12,99 abgebucht.obwohl ich ja nur einen Partneraccount habe.

Thanks for posting in the Community. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Were you logged in on two different accounts while activating the subscription? It's not possible to activate two subscriptions on one account. To check that, go through the guide on this page. If you find a second account with an active subscription, you can cancel it.
