Has my profile been hacked?

So basically - for the last two months I keep getting told via the app that Spotify is being played elsewhere - I've also had random music being played and searched for. I cancelled my premium as it hasn't mattered how I've changed my details (Spotify and Facebook logins) it hasn't stopped this.

Proud user of Spotify for close to 10 years but may have to leave over this. Screenshot attached.
