Have Premium, but my doughter "stole" my account.

Hi. I have Premium on my account, but at some point my doughter signed up my account on her Facebook. What happend is that she took over my premium and placed my account one Spotify Free :-/. Since then we´ve been using her account.Today i presed Disconnect from Facebook and it all dissapered 😞 No she can´t log in, and we have only a Spotify Free avaliable. My account is Arlemog. What do i do??

Hey @user-removed,

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
