Have premium but cannot log in.

I have had the Premium version for several years now and recently moved to peru for an extended vacation from the US. Last night I was logged out of all devices and am unable to log in. I get a message that says "You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days". This should only be for free users. I tried using the web player but get the same message. I checked my status and I am a premium member. Please help I will go mad without my spotify.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In them, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use that username to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
