Help, I have been kicked out of my Spotify Account and don’t know email and password!

I have two Spotify accounts and I have been kicked out of my account with premium usage and thousands of songs 😞 

i don’t have access to my old email address so can’t change passwords. So would need to change my email information but can’t without access to the account! 

Please please help!
