Help, I've been hacked!!

Someone or something else seems to have taken over my account.  The User name and DOB now different in account details.  I followed the steps to get the reset email from Spotify but it is not forthcoming.  This is a real security issue and putting me right off this otherwise pretty fantastic music platform.  I just don't know how to get around this.  First time I venture out of the Apple cocoon and now this.
