Help! - Spotify won't let me switch to student discount

Here's what we got from you: Hi, I've recently downgraded and cancelled my subscription from premium, as I am now a student and have my NUS Extra student card. When I press the student discount option, I keep getting this message: "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time." How can I apply my student discount if it won't even take me the page to enter my NUS Card? It automatically takes me to the page for the full priced one with that message above. I've cancelled my subscription already - as of 2 days ago so that's not the issue either. Your help would be appreciated.
