Help! Trying to change my payment details

Help! Trying to change my payment details

I'm trying to change payment details because I've got a new card, but everytime I introduce the info and click in Change, it says "Oops, looks like your card or payment provider is having a bad day." I've been trying since yesterday but still no luck. My card is active, has funds, etc. and I've already contacted the bank. I know that there's a post with a problem similar but the solution wasn't useful. Maybe someone has another solution?

Hi @IamDGG,

 

If you have already tried using different browsers to do it, I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff that can solve this issue for you. Just drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
