Help account hacked

My account was hacked today! I was at work listening on some music on spotify on my phone, then I closed the app because i had a meeting. Then when im on the train home I cant access the account. I get kinda logged in for a half of a second and then I get the error "wrong password or username" . I then succesfully change my password and I logg in on my account and I see a device is already listenening on my account named HOME-PC. And i dont own a computer named that. I have one computer and that is named something else. Is there a way for me to see the hackers IP-adress or see what country the hacker logged in in?

After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
