Help, new password change to facebook has deleted my whole profile

Hi, I recently changed my password to my facebook account which meant i was logged out of spotify. i logged back in with my facebook log in and it asked me if i was on sportify or new to spotify. I accidently clicked new to spotify and now my whole profile has gone, all my playlists everything. Please hep how can i log into just my spotify to access my playlists and favourite songs!!

Sorry to hear this.  I can only find your new account with your Community email, so you will need to contact the Support Team to recover your old account.

They will need to know your security details such as date of birth and zipcode.  If you could also list the email addresses/usernames for your old account, that will help them search and recover for you.

Hi Nele,

It looks like you have created a duplicate.  If you login using your username nele87 and your Spotify password, you will be able to access your main account.

The Support Team can help you merge the accounts together (or remove the duplicate).  Send them a quick mail if you would like that done.
