Help with Facebook and my old and new spotify accounts

Help with Facebook and my old and new spotify accounts

My old account had a slightly wrong email address (an exclamation point when there is none.) I couldn't remember the password (bad I know) and since the email was wrong I couldn't change my password. Since I didn't know my password I couldn't fix my email address.

I ended up disconnecting my FB from that account and logging out, and making a new account with my correct email address, (and my password written down.) I connected this new account to my FB and spent about an hour recreating my starred list, following everyone again, etc. I noticed that even though I appear to be fully connected to my FB with my new account, playlists I am following are showing my new account as my username, not my real name. My real name is showing up as a different follower (my old account.)  I disconnected that account from my facebook? I want my real name to show up with this new account, so that my friends can find me. I am just appearing as a username. Aside from disconnecting FB from my old account, which I have done, and connecting my new account to my FB, which i have also done, what can I do?

I've had a look through your account and your playlists and can't seem to figure out quite where the issue is, so get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.

It's also worth including the specific username of your old account, the specific username of your new account, and the Facebook name you're expecting to see on your new account.
