Help with existing account

I have had a spotify premium account for years. My credit card was recently stolen and I didn't update it. I have a new credit card now but when I go to log in I get a message stating I don't have an account? If I start a new account will I lose all the content I had saved on my previous account? My account just lapsed this week. This would be easily resolved if Spotify had a customer service phone number to call but it appears they don't? I appreciate any help I can get. Thanks!

Sorry to see this has happened to you!
In your case I'd first check out this article with tips on how you can log in. You may have had created your account using a different email than the one you have in mind or e.g. via Facebook so it's worth taking a look into.

As for your question in regard to a new account, creating one will not have any effect on the previous one. Both will, however, be separate accounts with their own content, so it's best to find a way to log in to your original account in order to continue expanding on your already existing library.
