Hi Im trying to get DUO and having trouble

my son  orginally had student #794740649507077 no longer a student... we want to get DUO spotify... can I be added to his so he wont loose playlists? also how do we do this? and I want to put in my payment to get this

Just to confirm, has your son's account reverted to the free service already? 

If so, you can subscribe to Premium Duo on your account so you'll be the plan's owner here. Then you'll just need to invite him by following these steps. 

If he still has an active subscription, he can cancel it by following these specific steps and wait for his account to revert to the free service. No worries, he won't lose any content, he'll just need to re-download his tracks when he's on Premium again. Once he has the free service, he'll be able to accept your invite. Additionally, he can check when his account will revert to the free service after cancelling the student subscription on his Account page.
