I have been trying to link my email to my Spotify account but it continuously did not go through to confirm that its not free. Now, i got a confirmation email... but i don't know if i should click it or not cuz it could be someone else. Please help with both problems

If you're trying to sign up for a Spotify account, you will receive a confirmation to inbox of the email address you registered the account with, once the process has been completed. You can double-check the sender of the email, to make sure it has been sent by Spotify, by checking the points on this page: Is this Spotify email legit?.

After you've finished the account registration process and confirmed the email address, you can log into your account on the app and listen to your favorite tunes using the free service. Another option is to subscribe to Premium, for ad-free music listening. You can also have a look at the different subscription plans by heading over to this support article: Premium plans.
