Thank you for your help. I tried Twitter and still no luck. I have a free account yet for some reason I am being charged $10 a month. Can you tell me how I can get this resolved? I would rather not have to cancel my credit card.

If you go to your account page here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ what does it say with regards to any subscription dates when your next renewal date is? This information should be listed to the right of your account profile information on the page?

How did you setup the Spotify account up, did you use a facebook account or just an email address when setting up the Spotify account? Is it possible you might have made a duplicate account by accident, and then paid for premium but are somehow logging into a duplicate account that does not have premium?

And what are you wanting to get resolved, getting the premium on the right Spotify account or cancelling the premium? Both options will entail contacting Spotify support, so you can get this straightened out if you are not able to do this from the account page link I posted above. The reason is pay issues are difficult with sensitive personal information and users need to go through the Spotify contact to get straightened out.

hi, the code that sent to me to redeem after my sibling bought a family plan for us says that we arent in the same country. but we are. is there anyway to resolve this issue. cant seem to get to spotify customer services. thank you
