How Can I share a playlist with specific people only?

I like to create very custom playlists for small groups of 1 to 10 or 20 people only.

How can I share a playlist in this way?

You can create a private playlist that you can share with your friends. Only the ones that follow the playlist will be able to see it. You can learn how to create the playlist here.
