First, check your IP address here.
After that, compare it to the country shown in your profile. If you're running a VPN or Proxy server then make sure it's also set to the country you wish to be in.
As you opened your account with Facebook, your country is tied to the country shown in your Facebook account, so you may need to change it there but try this alternative in the meantime if all else fails.
Change your payment method (if you used one for Premium) to match your country too. Use a card registered to the country you wish it to be associated with on this page.

These steps did not work for me. I recently moved from Canada to the United States and I am picking up the correct IP address but I cannot change the country because it is greyed out.

If you opened your account with Facebook, your country is tied to the country shown in your Facebook account, so you may need to change it there.
Also, your payment method (if you used one for Premium) must match your country too, so you may need to delete it to update countries.
