How can i save a Playlist and add it to a new account?

Hello Together

I deactivated my Facebook account like a houndred times but always when i use Spotify my Facebook goes online and activated. 

I know that once regeistered with facebook, theres no return, but however i have two questions about other possibilities:


1. How can i change the settings, that my facebook account stays deactivated, and use spotify at the same time. is it possible?

2. If i need a new account, can i save all the playlists and add it to my new email account?
