Problems trying subscribe Premium - not supported

I am trying to subscribe to the Premium version, but every time I click to sign it returns me the following message: not supported

And nothing else ..

Which device are you using when this happens? If this on PC, could you give subscribing another try using an alternate browser and let us know if it fixes the problem. Thanks!

Hi, I Have the same probelm, I tried from my phone MOTOX Android and on the PC with Internet Explore, Chrome and Firefox.
