How do I change my address if it keeps telling me it’s invalid?

I’m trying to update my payment plan on spotify but everytime I re-enter my address it tells me it is invalid.

First off, we'd recommend that you try updating your payment details in an incognito window to avoid any issues caused by the saved cache or cookies in your browser.

It's also a good idea to check if the address on the payment method you're trying to use is the same as the one on your account page.

Lastly, in case you're trying to use a credit card, we'd suggest that you contact your bank to double check with them if the card is issued on this address and if there is anything that's out of order with the card.
