My Question or Issue

Hello everyone, I'm Luca. I've always used the same account on Spotify (premium student) with, and have always made the login with the username of <snip - Moderator Edit>. I had it on my phone, and laptop. Now i've reinstalled spotify on the PC but for no reason i'm unable to get the correct password. So i made the logout from my phone too and now i'm stucked.. i'm no more able to enter in any of my devices. So i tried to change the password but it seems that <snip - Moderator Edit> isn't linked with any of my email, and this is freaking me out 'cause i can't change the password of my premium account. Anyone could help me on this please ? Thanks a lot!

If you can't find the password reset email in any of the email addresses you own, check your spam folders/filters. If you still can't find it, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
