How do I combine two different accounts to just one

When I first joined Spotify it was on my desktop @ work, then when I got my new android I signed up for a subscription on it. Now I only want one account because I have all this music on my desktop but not on my phone?

In this case, I suggest you reach out to our team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to help you transfer your tunes and close the extra account.
