How do I permanently deactivate spotify account

Someone please show me the steps to deactivate my account..I'm no longer using it.Getting frustrated with the "Contact Form" tab.

I to am having a problem cancelling my service.  It seems as though they have pulled a fast one over on us.  Following the steps listed in the support page doesn't exist.  I cannot find the cancel my subscription button.  Someone please help with this or I'm calling my credit card company to put a stop payment  for this service.

I am also having this problem. They automatically billed me for starting a subsrciption. I was able to cancel the subscription online so that they wouldn't keep charging my account. I haven't used this spotify account in years!! Saw the receipt in my mailbox and was was worried someone had gotten my credit card info. Tried to deactivate account by unable to get to the contact form. A working mom with a 4 month old baby does not have time to deal with this!!!
