How do i get refunded

Ive been subscribed to spotify premium for several months now and i personally never signed up for it and have never used it..
I seen that i was subscribed the other day so i logged on using the email registered to my paypal account and when i got on i was unable to access premium features..
I am sick of paying for something im unable to use even when i want to.
