How do you access your premium duo account when you get a new phone?

My husband has gotten a new phone but can't seem to access our Premium Duo account. To log in, would it be his email as a username and the password that I use? He has tried that but it won't log him in.

Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community. Let's take a closer look into this.

This seems odd as your right - your husband should be able to login with his username/email and password.

Can you ask your husband to reset his password to his email here to see if it helps?

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure that he doesn't have multiple accounts by following the instructions in this article.
