How do you get Spotify to STOP charging a credit card?

I've gone through all the steps online and my account is showing up as a FREE account but I'm being charged $9.99 a month.  Absolutely crazy!!!

Have you tried to talk to an supporter?
You could also try to get change your credit card.

Hi! I have also the same issue!

I had premium account, but was charged double each month (I only have 1 account). But when I changed to free account, I'm getting charged once..

I am checking it out right now and will reply here if I find out something.

I payed the spotify premium subscription to a friend. For one time, yet I still getting the monthly charge. And I lost contact with that person. how can i stop getting those charges?
