How long before my subbscription is cancelled?

Dear all,

I just received a message that Spotify cannot process the payment from my bank. I know that the credit limit is passed and that is the reason. The question is: can this payment wait for 2-3 weeks or will my Unlimited account be cancelled?

Hello @stefgiannakis, welcome the community!

The payment will need to be processed for you to keep your unlimited subscription.  If your account goes back to free, you can just resubscribe  here 🙂

Generally when a payment fails Spotify will give you a few days grace and then will retry the payment. After the second failure your account will be dropped to Spotify free.
