Not able to log in

Hi there,

I recently installed Spotify on my Android phone but am not able to log in. When trying to create a new account I am told that the email address is already in use. When trying to reset user I am told that it was created through Facebook so I need to go there to reset password (not necessary, I remember my FB password). When trying to "Log in with Facebook" I am told "You've already created an account with this email address". When trying to log in without Facebook but using my FB username and password program seemingly hangs logging in. Same problem in Desktop version. I sent an email to Support yesterday but so far have only received the auto reply. Any ideas? (btw, I stole my wife's Spotify account to be able to post this here)

Have you replied to the automated response you received, even if it a no-reply? Also, has it been at least 24 hours since you submitted the request?
